Not much

Not much has been going on really. Just trying to get things taken care of around here. I haven’t been in the mood to blog much lately. I’ve been hanging out a lot with my friend Tina. It’s been nice! The weather has gotten beautiful here lately. Except for the wind. But you get use to that when you live here. Lol!

I’m planning on working on some layouts today for one of the CT’s I’m on. I got a little behind with everything that has been going on.

Sending a quick shout out for travel deals. I know I could use a good vacation right about now!

Lots of news

Well, me and James haven’t been doing too good. We have decided to do a separation for a little while and see how things go. I have been applying for apartments and trying to get things taken care of.

Me and Justin went to the races last weekend. That was a lot of fun. My dad and step mom were also there. Justin has been spending a lot of time with his best friend. He went camping with Phillip and Bob (Phillip’s dad) for a few days and then went riding in the dunes. I’ve been hanging out with one of my old friends from school, Tina. It’s been great hanging out with her again.

I really need to get on a diet and lose some weight. I think it will definitely help me with my self esteem. Just a shout out for best diet pill.

I have missed two Life 365 incentives in a row now. There has just been so much going on. I will just have to buy them in the future. I know that there are several new Summer kits that have come out lately that I just have to have!

French?

My Wordpress started doing some weird stuff and lost my post. So I’m having to retype this again. Sigh…

Justin gets to pick a foreign language for school next year. Their choices are Spanish, German, Latin and French. What does my kid choose? French! I wanted him to pick German. I took it in high school and have been teaching him what I remember since he was tiny. Spanish is probably more practical. James though Latin would be neat to learn. But Justin wants to learn French. He said that it’s the language of love. Lol!

I was planning on going to Idaho with my mom and step dad. But it’s looking like I’m not going to get to. I don’t think it would be really enjoyable with Jason. He would be fine if we just drove up there, hung out for a few days and then drove back. But we are planning on stopping at several places and driving several hours every day. He will throw a huge fit when it comes time to get back in the car and will scream the whole time. I also was scheduled to work and I put in for my shift to be deleted. I’m still waiting on someone to take over my shift. If nobody does, I still have to work it. But, the big thing is Jason. Who wants to be stuck in the car for that long everyday with a screaming kid?

Sending a quick shout out for online auctions. I know I find myself addicted to them. You can really find some great deals out there!

I finally got Justin’s pictures developed from Monster Jam. He really did pretty good at taking pictures. I am quite impressed! I of course got the pictures CD’s too. It makes it much easier to digi-scrap them. Today is also his last day of school. He is of course very excited. He got picked to be a team leader for field day today. He also got several awards yesterday. He got the award for earning his Tiger stripes, which means he gets to move on to the 5th grade. He got the citizenship certificate, certificate of academic achievement in math and in reading. We are very proud of him!

Tempted

I’m so tempted to buy some of Mary Fran’s (Nit Wit Collections) new kits. I don’t know if I should buy a one now and then a few more in a week or so. Or if I should just wait a week or two and buy all three that I want. I guess it won’t hurt to wait. I need to get some scrapbooking done for the CT’s that I’m on.

Sending a shout out for womens shoes.
I really need some new shoes. I’m sure that James won’t agree though. I need to get a new pair of flip-flops at least. I got the boys some new tank tops today and Jason also got a new pair of shorts.

Justin spent the night last night at his best friend’s house. They get along so well. They were both going to another friend’s birthday part today. Justin called me and asked if instead of his friend staying the night here and having a camp out, if he could go camping with them up river. I think we will go ahead and let him, even though he has to write a report on four different people from the Revolutionary War. He’s the only one in his class doing it. Everyone else chose to watch a video on it. Justin picked to read the book and write a report.

Kayla told me that my mom and step dad are thinking about going to Idaho next weekend. They want Justin to go with them. I’m not sure yet when they are leaving or for how long yet. I’m sure he love to go and he would have a lot of fun.

My books are here!

I can hardly wait to get the package that my books are in. We had it sent to James’ dad’s house. I stopped by after Justin’s appointment but UPS still hadn’t been there yet. I checked the tracking today and it was delivered at 6:33 pm last night. Lol!

I want to send a shout out for mesothelioma. For the longest time I didn’t know what it was. All the commercials on tv wouldn’t ever say what it was. Finally they are saying what it is on them now. I wonder if they got a lot of questions?

Justin’s hand is healing great! The doctor was just going to put a brace on him for a couple weeks but he decided to put a new cast on for 2 more weeks instead. Then he said that he would probably get a brace for a little while. Justin was so happy to be without a cast for about 10 minutes. He said that it felt awesome! Lol! He didn’t like how weak his wrist was though, I think it kind of worried him. But I explained to him why and all. He got a blue cast this time. Even the doctor was on my side about not getting a white or glow in the dark one. They look so dirty and nasty after a few days. Yuck!

Jason (Lol, I originally typed Justin there!) is repeating everything we say. He is saying two words together more than a couple weeks ago. We are really working with him on it. He’s still no where near walking around jabbering and talking like he should or even asking questions or saying “why” yet. But he’s showing progress so things are okay. But we did realize that he hit a growth spurt last week. He use to not be able to reach the peddles on his bikes. Well, I noticed last week that he just looked a lot taller than the week before. His legs look really long now! He’s now able to peddle on both of his “Big Wheels”.

We’ve still been getting thunder and lightning. Today is supposed to be the last day for it. Sigh… I think I will work on some layouts today. I need to get caught back up with Life 365 too.
